"Bess Atwell is a brilliant and underrated songwriter - this seems to be the first single from a new album and feels like a real step up. Aaron Dessner of The National is producer on this one and, like all his works, the production is rich, stirring and timeless. It’s a moving song, powered by a truly beautiful and totally effortless vocal. This one grabbed me right off the bat. Very excited for what’s next."
